This horrific story is repeated over and over again throughout Africa, and only the worst are reported in "World News". I know as I was raised Sub Saharan Africa through the heady days of "Independence". The joy all to soon, devolved into tribalism and brutality inflicted by "armies" that favored one party or another. All the while, at least 90% of Africans wished to raise families and live peacefully.
